Her expertise includes HR business strategic partnering, global talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, and cross-border recruitment strategy.
She has worked closely with executive leadership teams as a strategic HR partner — aligning people strategy with business objectives and building sustainable talent pipelines across regions.
Before establishing XpertEase Talent Solution, Mildred served as Vice President for Asia in a prominent and respected Australian company, where she led regional HR strategy and talent initiatives across multiple countries. Her experience includes senior-level HR advisory, business-aligned workforce strategy, and large-scale recruitment leadership.
She founded XpertEase Talent Solution after recognizing the growing need for a structured, compliant, and culturally informed pathway for recruiting Filipino healthcare professionals into Iceland. Mildred holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Certification in Personnel Administration from Bradfield College, UK. Her academic and strategic background strengthens the company’s professional and operational foundation.
